4-5公升(兩次用量)150分兩次施藥，第一次在秧苗2葉時施藥，第二次在第一次施藥後3至5天內再施藥，每次施藥量2~2.5公升，施藥之前應排除苗床面之積水。1.於1期作秧田施用，2期作容易發生藥害，不可施用。
2.所調製之藥液，應於當天用完。
3.噴霧器使用前後，應沖洗乾淨。

30公斤床畦做好後，田面保持濕潤狀態下，均勻施藥後，以木鏝蓋平床面播種並繼續保持濕潤3～5天。施藥初期低漥處秧苗有輕微藥害現象，故床面必須平坦。
